At VeniceVibe, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return eligible items within 10 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. However, returns must meet the conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 10 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- A valid reason or proof of defect must be provided for the return. Returns for reasons such as “change of mind” or similar, without a defect or issue, will not be accepted.
- Items that are damaged, soiled, altered, or show signs of wear will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Perishable goods, personalized products, or custom orders.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at orders@venicevibe.store to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include your order number, reason for the return, and any supporting evidence of the defect (e.g., photos).
- Prepare the Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship the Item: Use the provided return shipping label or a courier of your choice.
Important:
- If the return is due to a defect or issue with the item, VeniceVibe will cover the shipping costs.
- For non-defective items returned without valid reasons, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the item is found to be ineligible for return (e.g., not defective or outside the policy terms), we will notify you, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same process as outlined for returns. Upon receiving the returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@venicevibe.store. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all return shipping costs for such cases.
